Vacancies

Community Care Assistant - Full Time

The role of Community Care Assistant is to undertake a range of tasks which support and care for people in the community, whilst allowing them to achieve maximum independence.

Shift times vary between 06:00 – 14:00 and 15:00 – 23:00 (most runs currently finish before 22:00)
Full time positions must be able to do two evenings every week and must be available to work every second weekend.
Part time positions must be able to work one evening every week and must be available to work every second weekend.
Bank positions are also available.

        Clinical Lead - Full Time

        This post has the responsibility for the provision of clinical leadership to the Nursing and care team whilst on duty.

        The focus of this role is the day-to-day delivery of high-quality care and support to the residents in our care and ensuring clinical governance and compliance is evidenced.

        The role will include hands on support as lead nurse as well as supernumerary / Deputy Manager responsibility in the absence of the Registered Manager.
