Holme House is a family run care home in a stunning stone building, providing nursing, residential and dementia care services for men and women over the age of sixty five years.
Holme House is located on Oxford Road on the edge of Gomersal village near Cleckheaton and is an attractively designed care home which offers a high level accommodation, which is matched by quality nursing, residential and dementia care from a dedicated and well trained staff team.
Our residents see Holme House as their home and with our wellbeing and activity team are actively encouraged to get involved in the daily decisions of the home.
We are able to offer the following services
Meals
The superb kitchen has the most up to date equipment and is managed by a head cook and their team. An extensive menu of the highest quality food is offered to our residents. Choice is available at every meal.
In addition to the main kitchen, each floor of the home has its own dedicated kitchen area with drinks and light snacks available all day and night if required.
The residents likes and dislikes are incorporated into daily meals and they choose on a daily basis from the extensive menu.
Accommodation
All bedrooms are single rooms with en-suite shower facilities. Each room has beautiful fitted furniture with an integrated fridge (if required) and a television with Freeview as standard. Sky Television can be available if required by the resident.
Each nursing bedroom has a ceiling hoist for safe and easy moving of residents and also has a profiling nursing bed as standard as well as all the above facilities. Our premium ground floor bedrooms have their own front door access for more independent residents to live in. Some downstairs rooms have direct access to the garden area.
