At Croft Care Group we can also support you with gaining higher qualification in Adult Social Care. Whether you have no qualification to start with or are looking to gain further ones, we can support you with your learning and development whilst your work for us. We also offer apprenticeships to enable people to progress their career.
Community Care Assistant - Full Time
The role of Community Care Assistant is to undertake a range of tasks which support and care for people in the community, whilst allowing them to achieve maximum independence.
Shift times vary between 06:00 – 14:00 and 15:00 – 23:00 (most runs currently finish before 22:00)
Full time positions must be able to do two evenings every week and must be available to work every second weekend.
Part time positions must be able to work one evening every week and must be available to work every second weekend.
Bank positions are also available.

Senior Care Assistant - Full Time (Maternity Cover)
The role of Senior Care Assistant is to undertake a range of tasks which support and care for older people and people with disabilities, whilst allowing them to achieve maximum independence.
Shift times for this position are:
- 07:15 – 14:15 (Morning Shift)
- 14:30 – 21:15 (Afternoon Shift)

Day Care Assistant - Part Time (28 Hours)
The role of Care Assistant is to undertake a range of tasks which support and care for older people and people with disabilities, whilst allowing them to achieve maximum independence.

- 07:15 – 14:15 (Morning Shift)
- 14:30 – 21:15 (Afternoon Shift)
