Our Care Homes

At all our care homes, we believe that residents have the right to dignity, choice, privacy and independence. Our well-trained staff team actively encourage residents to exercise their rights. Resident’s opinions are requested, respected and valued.

Residents

Residents are encouraged to make their rooms as homely as possible with whatever personal belongings or small items of furniture they wish to bring with them. Many of our residents choose to have a television or a stereo in their rooms which is encouraged by all the homes.

Visitors

Visitors are encouraged and welcomed at all times. Friends and family are especially welcome and have an essential part to play in the lives of residents and the home itself.

Staff

In line with regulations set by the CQC (Care Quality Commission), all our care home employees have undertaken an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

i

Regulations

All the care homes work within and to the regulations as set out in the Care Standards Act 2000. All our care homes are registered with the Care Quality Commission and are inspected twice a year.
